Help Wanted: No Jerks

I found this on the window of a Taco Bell close to our home. I was able to snap a picture of it as we drove by.
I doubt that this has filtered any applicants: "Hmm... For hire at a Taco Bell. The wages probably aren't that great, but still, I -- oh darn it. They want friendly people. Well, guess that rules me out, drat."

Perhaps this was an advertising scheme. Taco Bell wants its customers to know that they care.
